Sylvanna M. Falcón is an Associate Professor in the Latin American and Latino/a Studies Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She earned her Ph.D. from the Department of Sociology of the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also has a doctoral emphasis in Feminist Studies.
